Thank you for using Growrilla built by Hoye Lam (“I”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Growrilla”). Growrilla does not and will never track your counts and events unless permission is given by the user (“customer”). All counts and events are stored locally within the user’s device and/or private iCloud and thus can’t be accessed by us or any other third party services unless permission is given. Any count deletion will also be immediately removed and thus can’t be recovered.
Growrilla collects aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features, to improve the app. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate Growrilla website and apps. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Apps and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Apps, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. We do not collect any personal content in Growrilla or on the website.
Growrilla uses the information we collect to operate and improve Growrilla and customer support.
